Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Co-Founder located in Bengaluru. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing economics and implementing business strategies, leading marketing and sales efforts, and conducting market research. The Co-Founder with me will also be involved in financial planning, team management, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Excellent Communication skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Experience in financial planning and budgeting
• A gamer/anime enthusiast would be a plus
