Co-Founder Strategy, Growth & Finance

EaseMySpace (EMS) is on a mission to make urban living easier. We've already built traction with our flatmate-finding platform and are now looking for a Co-Founder to join our journey and help us scale to the next level. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by driving strategy, growth, and finance. You'll work closely with the founding team to build a long-term vision, unlock capital, and design scalable business models that can transform intra-city living in India. You will be responsible for defining business roadmaps, competitive positioning, and market expansion. Additionally, you will drive growth by building partnerships, accelerating user acquisition, and scaling revenue. Leading fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning will be part of your role. As a Co-Founder, you will be hands-on with decision-making and guide the company alongside the founder. We are looking for someone with prior experience in investments, strategy consulting, or growth leadership roles, and a strong network in the VC, PE, or startup ecosystem. An entrepreneurial mindset, passion for solving real urban problems, and the ability to scale businesses that impact millions are essential qualities we seek. You should be ready to bring investment to the startup.
