Position DetailsRole: Flatmate Seeker & Lister Onboarding ExecutiveCompany: EaseMySpace.in – Mumbai’s local platform for finding flatmatesWork Type: Hybrid (Remote + On-Field as needed), Full-TimeSalary: ₹12,000/month(fixed) + 8% -10% Incentives on every successful paid conversion Role & Responsibilities• Actively identify and approach potential flatmate seekers and listers through WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, Instagram, and offline sources.• Build a strong pipeline of seekers and listers through consistent daily outreach across online and offline channels.• Clearly pitch EaseMySpace.in's benefits and guide users through the registration and listing process.• Conduct on-field visits when required to meet seekers and listers, explain services, and complete onboarding.• Use professional sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and customized messaging to close users.• Follow up consistently with all leads via calls, messages, and personal meetings to maximize conversions.• Maintain well-organized lead tracking and daily update records in a pre-formatted Google Sheet.• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned monthly onboarding and revenue targets.• Submit daily and weekly reports summarizing outreach activities, conversions, and fieldwork. Qualification• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, field sales, telecalling, or customer acquisition.• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Google tools.• Willingness and ability to travel locally for on-field customer meetings.• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.• Experience working in a startup or B2C sales role will be an added advantage. About EaseMySpace EaseMySpace is building the future of urban living—helping metro city dwellers find the right flatmates, PGs, and rental spaces with ease. We’re on a mission to simplify space discovery through a smart, tech-enabled platform, starting with Mumbai Role Overview We are looking for a smart, energetic, and self-driven Sales & Onboarding Executive to join our growing team. You will call potential listers such as flat owners, PG owners, and flatmate seekers, explain the platform, and help them list their property or requirement. If needed, you may also visit PGs or flats for onboarding support. Key Responsibilities • Call 20–30 leads per day from internal database or social channels • Pitch the value of listing on EaseMySpace.in • Collect basic property details and assist with listing creation • Coordinate with the sourcing team for fresh leads • Visit PGs or owners if in-person support is required (optional, mostly Saturdays) • Submit daily updates via WhatsApp/Google Sheets • Be available for team sync and reporting every Saturday from the office (Worli). As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by driving strategy, growth, and finance. You'll work closely with the founding team to build a long-term vision, unlock capital, and design scalable business models that can transform intra-city living in India. You will be responsible for defining business roadmaps, competitive positioning, and market expansion. Additionally, you will drive growth by building partnerships, accelerating user acquisition, and scaling revenue. Leading fundraising, investor relations, and financial planning will be part of your role. As a Co-Founder, you will be hands-on with decision-making and guide the company alongside the founder. We are looking for someone with prior experience in investments, strategy consulting, or growth leadership roles, and a strong network in the VC, PE, or startup ecosystem. An entrepreneurial mindset, passion for solving real urban problems, and the ability to scale businesses that impact millions are essential qualities we seek.
