Co-Founder & CTO - Robotics Engineer

Role Overview: As a technically driven individual joining as Co-Founder & CTO - Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for helping build an autonomous robotics solution from the ground up. Your strong leadership capabilities and passion for innovation will play a crucial role in shaping the future of smart industrial robotics. Working closely with the founding team, you will lead the development of core technology and guide the development team to define the product, roadmap, and technology vision. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of a modular, scalable robotics product from prototyping to deployment - Oversee both hardware and software systems including mechatronics, perception, and cloud integrations - Build and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team encompassing robotics, AI, and control systems - Guide R&D cycles, system architecture, and technical validation - Align technology with long-term business goals and user needs - Ensure quality, safety compliance, and field-readiness of the robotics solution Qualification Required: - 5-10 years of experience in building and deploying robotic systems or autonomous products - Deep hands-on experience with ROS, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU), SLAM, real-time control systems, and OS - Proven track record in building and scaling robotics products - Experience working across mechanical, electrical, and software systems - Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field (B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD) is preferred - Familiarity with IP ratings, field testing, and industrial compliance standards - Prior experience in a startup or technical leadership role Additional Company Details: This is a founding team opportunity supported by a venture builder, providing access to early-stage resources, prototyping support, and business guidance.
