As the Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Zuperspeed Automotive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing vision, brand strategy, and customer acquisition roadmap. Your primary responsibility will be to transform Zuperspeed into a lifestyle and performance brand, fostering a community of automotive enthusiasts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Define and execute brand identity and go-to-market strategy - Build and lead digital marketing, content, and social engagement - Lead PR, partnerships, influencer & community building initiatives - Represent Zuperspeed in industry events, media, and investor relations We are looking for a candidate with proven marketing leadership, particularly in automotive, luxury, premium D2C, lifestyle, or consumer tech sectors. A passion for cars, EVs, and performance-driven design is essential. Deep knowledge of brand-building, digital-first marketing, and community engagement is highly valued. Prior entrepreneurial or startup experience is preferred, and a willingness to take on high risk, high reward equity-only early-stage roles is crucial. You should be visionary, self-driven, and ready to build something from scratch. Zuperspeed Automotive offers significant equity ownership as a Co-Founder, with no salary at this stage. You will have the freedom to shape an iconic automotive and lifestyle brand and collaborate with a passionate and high-caliber founding team.
