Job Description

The role involves providing data management support for procurement of new items and direct-store-delivery items. You will be responsible for creating new items on the Client application and reviewing information on e-forms to ensure completeness and accuracy as per Client procedures. In case of incomplete or incorrect e-forms inputs, you will coordinate with Client Category managers for necessary corrections. Additionally, you will record new distribution information from e-forms and manage the entry and maintenance of cost and allowance deals, including revisions, cancellations, and authorizing new DSD items for vendor delivery to stores. As part of this role, good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers via emails. The position requires flexibility in shifts, including availability to work in a 24 x 7 environment. A basic understanding of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and other software is also necessary for this role.,
