Job Description

The CNC Wire EDM In charge is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and performance of CNC Wire EDM machines. Machine Maintenance Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for CNC Wire EDM machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Drawing and Model Analysis: Check inputs including 2D drawings, 3D models, and critical parameters to ensure precision in machining processes. Measuring Instrument Knowledge: Utilize and maintain knowledge of various measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements and quality control. Safety Protocols: Strictly follow and enforce safety instructions to maintain a safe working environment. Wire Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance of wire verticality, tension, and guide cleaning, with these tasks performed every three days. Program Monitoring: Monitor and adjust program conditions to achieve desired dimensions and surface finishes. Preferred candidate profile Education: Diploma from NTTF or Diploma in Engineering. Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of CNC Wire EDM machines and related software. Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D and 3D drawings. Strong understanding of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
