About company:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Operations:

Operate production machinery such as CNC, lathe, drilling, grinding, and milling machines under supervision.
Assist in the machining and finishing of orthopedic implants as per technical drawings and process instructions.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per product specifications.
Perform manual operations such as deburring, polishing, cleaning, and basic assembly tasks.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and 5S on the shop floor.

Engineering/Facilities:

Assist in routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.
Report and troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical faults.
Support engineers in installation, servicing, and calibration of machines and tools.
Maintain proper logs and documentation of maintenance tasks performed.
Work on Tool design and selection, Fixture development, Root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations, AHU/HVAC maintenance
Implementation of 5S and Kaizen initiatives
Monitor Unplanned downtime and OEE metrics

Measuring Instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
