✅ Operate and set up CNC Turning & Swiss Turn machines for precision machining.
✅ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
✅ Select and install appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and collets for production.
✅ Adjust machine speeds, feeds, and offsets to maintain accuracy.
✅ Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
✅ Conduct tool wear analysis and replace worn tools as needed.
✅ Maintain production logs and quality reports for efficiency tracking.
✅ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
✅ Ensure adherence to safety standards and company quality guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
