Location: Bodipalayam Coimbatore Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Setter & Operator with experience in Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC), Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), and CNC Lathe machines . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine setup, tool selection, and precision machining to ensure high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate HMC, VMC, and CNC Lathe machines according to job specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine offsets. Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain dimensional accuracy. Optimize machining processes for efficiency and tool life. Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments. Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Setter & Operator. Proficiency in operating HMC, VMC, and Lathe machines . Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools. Understanding of G-code programming (basic modifications). Knowledge of cutting parameters for different materials. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers. Exposure to 5-axis machining is a plus.
