CNC Setter/Operator

You will be responsible for programming tasks which involve writing programs to create parts and tools, as well as optimizing machining processes. Additionally, you will handle machine operation duties such as setting up and adjusting machines, along with performing basic troubleshooting when necessary. Quality control will be a crucial aspect of your role, as you will be required to monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure that quality standards are maintained. Maintenance tasks will also fall under your purview, including implementing routine maintenance checklists and monitoring machine repairs as needed. Another key responsibility will be managing inventory by coordinating with purchasing managers to maintain raw material inventory levels. Moreover, you will be involved in training new staff members on how to operate the machines effectively. Your job will entail reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, as well as creating designs for parts and tools. You will also be responsible for defining manufacturing processes and indicating the tools and devices required for efficient production. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in CNC programming and a total of 1 year of work experience. Day shift availability is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
