Role Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator for a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. The CNC Router Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC routers to produce precision components as per specifications. This includes reading technical drawings, ensuring precision with machinery adjustments, performing quality checks, and maintaining equipment. Collaboration with the engineering team to optimize production processes and resolve technical issues will also be a significant part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs for accurate machine operation
• Experience in setting up, programming, maintaining, and operating CNC routers
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality and precise components
• Basic programming skills for CNC machines and knowledge of G-code is an advantage
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be preferred
• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
