CNC Router Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Router Operator who can also work confidently with CorelDRAW to prepare and optimize design files for production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating CNC routers, an eye for detail in design, and the ability to translate drawings into precise, high-quality output. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain CNC router machines to produce parts as per specifications. Import, edit, and prepare vector files in CorelDRAW for CNC routing. Convert design files into machine-readable formats (G-code, toolpaths, etc.). Set up materials, tools, and fixtures on the machine for smooth operation. Perform routine checks, calibration, and maintenance of CNC equipment. Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of jobs. Collaborate with the design/production team to refine artwork and prototypes. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. RequirementsProven experience operating CNC router machines. Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW (vector editing, file preparation, toolpath optimization). Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (advantage but not mandatory). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good understanding of materials (wood, acrylic, MDF, plastics, composites). Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude. Minimum [1 years] of experience in CNC operation and design preparation. Preferred QualificationsDiploma/ITI in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die/related field.
