CNC Router Operator

As a CNC Router Operator at our company, you will have a crucial role in the manufacturing process by utilizing your expertise in operating CNC machines. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting up and operating CNC routers to cut, shape, and trim materials as per specifications - Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for accurate production - Monitoring the CNC machine during operation, making necessary adjustments for efficiency - Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and precision - Maintaining a clean and safe work environment In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be working with a CNC wooden router machine for cutting, engraving, and fluting designs. You will be involved in designing jaali work, mandir panels, doors, and 2D wooden art using ArtCAM. Your tasks will also include machine setup, toolpath creation, and maintenance. To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in ARTCAM, CNCDESIGN, AUTOCAD, and CNCOPARATOR - Previous experience as a CNC Router Operator or in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team - Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing setting This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.,
