CNC Programmer

Role Overview: As a Supervisor Engineer CNC at New Tech Auto Components Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the CNC operations in the automobile industry. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient functioning of the CNC machines and supervising a team of employees to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operating machines - Basic knowledge of setting jobs - Mandatory programming knowledge in CNC/VMC/HMC - Proficiency in turning operations and set up, with preference for experience in horizontal & vertical turning lathe - Ability to measure and handle various calibrated instruments - Inspecting work pieces to ensure they meet specifications - Adjusting controls to set cutting specifications - Calculating dimensions, tolerances, and angles of work pieces according to specifications - Providing necessary overtime for workers - Ensuring accommodation, transportation, and food costs are covered for all employees Qualification Required: - 10th, 12th or any degree - Mandatory experience in machine operation - Programming knowledge in CNC/VMC/HMC - Proficiency in turning operations and set up - Ability to handle measuring calibrated instruments Please note that the company offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and provident fund.
