CNC Programmer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for operating VMC and CNC machines with Fanuc Controller, including Turning Center. Your primary duties will involve programming, setting up new parts on the machine, changing tools and offsets, loading raw materials, selecting cutting tools, adjusting machine settings, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the machines. Additionally, you will be required to train new staff on machine operation procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Must have experience working with VMC and CNC Machines - Knowledge of Fanuc Controller and Turning Center - Familiarity with VMC Machine operations - Proficient in programming for CNC machines - Ability to set up new parts on the machine - Skilled in changing tools and offsets - Basic understanding of CNC processes - Loading raw materials into the CNC machine - Selecting and loading the correct cutting tools - Adjusting machine settings as per product specifications - Troubleshooting issues during manufacturing - Cleaning and maintaining the machines - Training new staff on machine operation procedures Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of total work experience - Prior experience with VMC and CNC machines is required Please note that the job is full-time and involves working night shifts.
