As a CNC punching and laser programmer, your primary responsibility will be to interpret design specifications and convert them into precise instructions for CNC machines. By doing so, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient and accurate manufacturing of parts through the punching and laser cutting processes. In addition to programming CNC machines, you will also be tasked with overseeing the manpower within the CNC Department. Your ability to effectively manage and lead your team will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and the timely completion of projects.
