CNC Press Brake Operator

We deal with Sheet metal Enclosures for Electrical Control Panel. Preferred with same background

• Receive Drawings from respective department.
• Read technical drawings and set up the tools and manpower accordingly.
• Ensure Regularly cleaning and inspecting All Machine equipment and tools.
• Train the employees as per the PCS standard in Bending & cutting areas
• Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required.
• Operates a press brake to manufacture tools, equipment, and other components from sheet metal or metal plates.
• Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake as required by product plans and production schedules.
• Ensure that there are sufficient raw materials available.
• Measures and aligns materials to be used.
• Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Performs routine maintenance on the press brake & Shear Machine.
• Sound understanding of Bending, Punching & cutting areas.
• A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
• Co-ordinate with team members and make work easier
• Reducing Scrap to minimize expenses.
• To achieve daily requirement in production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
