CNC Press Brake Operator

As a Press Break Operator in the Production/Assembly Department, your primary responsibility will be to perform frame assembly of child parts according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This includes ensuring correct alignment, fitting, and fastening using jigs, fixtures, and tools. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing frame assembly of child parts as per SOPs - Ensuring correct alignment, fitting, and fastening using jigs, fixtures, and tools - Inspecting parts before and after assembly to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance - Identifying and reporting any defects or non-conformities - Ensuring zero-defect delivery to the next production stage - Collecting necessary materials/components from designated areas - Ensuring correct storage and handling of raw materials and finished assemblies - Following work instructions, safety procedures, and 5S standards - Maintaining production and quality documentation - Meeting production targets while minimizing rework and rejection rates - Performing routine cleaning and maintenance of assembly tools and workstations - Promptly reporting any equipment/tool malfunction - Adhering to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment - Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation To excel in this role, you should have a Diploma qualification with a minimum of 4 years of experience in frame assembly or manufacturing setup. Additionally, you should possess the ability to interpret engineering drawings, follow assembly instructions, and have knowledge of tools, measuring instruments, and fastening techniques. Your high attention to detail, quality-first mindset, and understanding of basic safety protocols in a factory setting will be crucial for success in this position.
