As a Soldering Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and soldering electronic components onto Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in adherence to specified guidelines. Your role will involve executing both SMT and thru hole hand component soldering to IPC standards. You will lead the forming of various types of electronic parts using a combination of hand tools and automated equipment for PCB assembly. In this position, you will be proficient in working with both leaded and lead-free solder, and possess the ability to interpret resistor color codes and capacitor values. Your advanced understanding of PCB assembly drawings, ECNs, and assembly instructions will be essential for ensuring accurate assembly processes. You will utilize a range of electrical and manual tools such as soldering iron, de-soldering equipment, and solder removal tools to carry out your responsibilities effectively. Moreover, you will demonstrate expertise in PCB assembly processes, including component installation sequence of thru hole components. This role also involves reworking, repairing, and modifying printed circuit boards and/or assemblies to meet specified requirements. Additionally, you will provide guidance and training to junior Soldering Operators and maintain department-specific records. Job description Create and maintain technical documentation for our electronic products, includingbill of materials, assembly instructions, technical specifications, Test procedures and reports at component level, subsystem level & system level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, features, and functionalities to create accurate and comprehensive documentation. Understanding of our electronic products, including their technical aspects, to create effective documentation. Maintain documentation standards and procedures. Manage documentation throughout the product lifecycle, including version control, updates, and revisions. Identify the electronic components required for the product and ensure as per BOM accurate and up to date. Create design drawings to ensure that the product drawings accurate and complete as on stage. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation is delivered on time and meets the required quality standards. Strong understanding of engineering and production processes, and work closely with production engineers to ensure that the documentation supports the manufacturing process. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma/B.Tech/B.Ein Electronicsor a related discipline. Strong technical writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in project management and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of engineering and production processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong in Design drawing tool for system design documents. Willing to travel across India for the purpose of Documentation.
