Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator (Fresher) to join our production team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of hands-on experience in CNC machining. The selected candidate will assist in operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning) under supervision.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
• Load raw materials and select appropriate tools for machining processes.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of CNC machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
