Company: Neetu Yoshi Limited Location: Bhagwanpur, Roorkee, Haridwar / Uttrakhand Department: Maintenance / Engineering Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor / Plant Engineer Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems including motors, switchgear, transformers, control panels, PLCs, wiring, lighting, and other electrical fittings. Inspect, test, diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, equipment, power distribution, and control circuits. Carry out corrective maintenance (repairs / replacements / rewiring / adjustment) to restore or improve functionality. Read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints and technical documentation. Install and commission electrical equipment as required for new machines, modifications or expansions. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety, quality, environmental, and statutory standards and codes. Maintain logs of maintenance, repairs, parts used, downtime, and report to maintenance supervisor. Coordinate with mechanical teams and production to schedule maintenance so as to minimize machine downtime. Maintain inventory of electrical spares and tools; suggest procurement of additional parts / upgrades. Assist in safety checks & electrical audits; ensure proper earthing, insulation, lock‑out/tag‑out procedures etc. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency of electrical systems. Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrician Certification (or equivalent). Experience: 2‑5 years (or more) of electrical maintenance in an industrial manufacturing / foundry / machining environment. Hands‑on experience with industrial motors, PLCs, control panels, three‑phase systems, switchgear etc. Skill in using electrical test & diagnostic tools (multimeter, megger, clamp meter, insulation tester etc.). Good understanding of electrical safety, codes, grounding, insulation, hazardous conditions in foundry / machining shops. Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics. Physical stamina: working in noisy, high‑temperature, and rugged plant environment; ability to climb, bend, lift heavy parts. Problem solving, attention to detail, timely response to emergencies/failures. Good communication skills; ability to work as part of multi‑disciplinary team.
