CNC Operator

As a CNC Turning Operator at Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for operating CNC Turning Centers to machine precision components as per engineering drawings. Your role will be crucial in maintaining quality and efficiency in the production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC Turning Centers to machine metallic components according to engineering drawings - Independently set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC lathe machines - Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions - Monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments, and conduct inspections using measuring instruments - Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC equipment - Maintain production logs and quality documentation Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in CNC Turning operations - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Tool & Die - Proficiency in operating CNC lathes, with a preference for Fanuc/Siemens controller experience - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Desirable Skills: - Experience with machining compressor components - Understanding of GD&T and machining tolerances - Familiarity with ISO standards and shop floor discipline Join Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt.
