Job Description

As a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine designer, you will be responsible for creating programs and designs that guide CNC machines in producing parts and components. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints, developing 3D models, and writing code to direct the machine's movement and cutting process. You will need to analyze technical drawings and specifications to understand part requirements, create 3D models using CAD software, and write CNC programs using CAM software to define cutting paths, tool movements, and machine parameters. Additionally, you will conduct test runs, make necessary adjustments, set up CNC machines for specific tasks, inspect finished parts for quality control, troubleshoot machine and program issues, collaborate with other team members, identify process improvements, and maintain documentation of programs and production data. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in CNC machine design and programming, with proficiency in blueprint interpretation, 3D modeling, program development, machine setup, quality control, problem-solving, collaboration, process improvement, and documentation. This position is full-time and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
