Collection Executive

A Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding debts from individuals or businesses. • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate and detailed records of all collection efforts and customer interactions.
• Following Up: Regularly following up with debtors to ensure payments are made on time and according to agreed-upon plans.
• Adhering to Regulations: Ensuring all collection activities comply with relevant laws and company policies, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Escalating Issues: Coordinating with internal departments to address complex client concerns or escalate issues as needed.
• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline the payment collection process and improve efficiency.
