Job Description

Job Description : CNC Operator

Location : 53MH+2PM, Telungupalayam, Tamil Nadu 641653

Vacancy : 2 NOS

Accommodation : Room Provided

Operate CNC machines (VMC / HMC / Turning Centers) as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, models, and machining specifications.
Load raw materials and tooling into the machine and verify setups before operation.
Monitor machining operations and adjust parameters as needed to maintain quality.
Conduct in-process inspections using precision measurement instruments.
Identify and report any machine or quality issues to supervisors.
Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication of machines.
Record production data and maintain documentation of completed work.
Follow standard operating procedures, safety rules, and company policies.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines (preferably VMC or HMC).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurement instruments.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machining parameters.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Understanding of safety and quality control practices in machining.
