Role Description

CNC Maintenance engineer

Qualification -

Roles & responsibility -

• To attend service and maintenance calls on Heavy CNC machinery like Mazak,Toshiba, Toshulin, SNK, PAMA,etc.
• Knowledge on Trouble shooting in CNC HMI screen, Electrical/Electronic field elements, CNC system parts, PLCs, controllers and accessories.
• Able to read, decode Electrical, NC and PLC m/c drawings, Ladder, etc.
• Dismantling and Reassembly with precision and expertise of CNC machine parts is must.
• Proficient in analyzing difficult situations, quick solving of problems, and applying Good Maintenance standards & practices.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere and in individual situations.
