CNC Machine Operator

Role Overview: You are a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator who will be joining the manufacturing team. Your main responsibility will be to operate CNC turning/milling machines, interpret technical drawings, and maintain quality standards in a mechanical production environment. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC turning/milling machines based on production requirements - Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions - Set up tools, load programs, and make basic offset adjustments - Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier, micrometer, and gauges - Ensure components are manufactured within required tolerances and quality standards - Conduct routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions - Maintain a clean and safe working environment - Strictly follow company safety and production procedures Qualification Required: - ITI certification in Fitter / Turner / Machinist / Tool & Die or equivalent - Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and tools - Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings Additional Company Details: The company offers Health insurance, Paid time off, and Provident Fund benefits for this full-time position.
