Key Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and conceptual presentations Create detailed space plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) Select and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution Supervise on-site installation and styling Stay updated on industry trends, products, and materials Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
