CNC Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator for CNC, VMC, and HMC machines, your role will involve operating, setting, and maintaining precision machining equipment. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating CNC, VMC, and HMC machines based on production plans - Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical instructions - Performing machine setup, tool changes, and offsets as needed - Monitoring machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards - Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting - Inspecting finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier, micrometer, and gauges - Maintaining records of production and quality - Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience operating CNC, VMC, or HMC machines (minimum 2 years preferred) - Knowledge of machine settings, offsets, and programming basics - Ability to read technical drawings and utilize measuring tools - Willingness to work in shifts - Attention to detail and a strong work ethic - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or a relevant trade is preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule may consist of day shifts, morning shifts, and night shifts. The work location is in person.,
