As a skilled CMM Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment. Your keen attention to detail, expertise in measurement systems, and dedication to precision will be crucial in ensuring product quality. Your key responsibilities will include performing inspections of parts and components based on engineering drawings and specifications, analyzing and interpreting CMM data, and conducting regular calibration and maintenance of equipment. Collaboration with the quality assurance and production teams for continuous improvement will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have experience in CMM programming and operation, a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and knowledge of quality control processes and standards. A technical background in manufacturing or a related field would be preferred, along with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. As a Machine Operator for CNC, VMC, and HMC machines, you will be responsible for operating, setting, and maintaining precision machining equipment according to production plans. Your key responsibilities will include reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical instructions, performing machine setup, tool changes, and offsets, monitoring machine operations for accuracy and quality standards, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting, inspecting finished components using measuring instruments, maintaining production and quality records, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience operating CNC, VMC, or HMC machines, knowledge of machine settings, offsets, and programming basics, the ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools, willingness to work in shifts, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. An ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or a relevant trade is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.
