CNC Laser Operator

Job Description: As a CNC Laser Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser cutting machines to cut metal sheets or parts with high precision and efficiency. Your primary focus will be ensuring the quality of the finished products while maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines such as Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, etc. - Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files accurately. - Adjust machine settings including speed, feed, and focal point to achieve the desired accuracy and quality. - Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure dimensional accuracy. - Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure optimal performance. - Perform basic troubleshooting and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly. - Record daily production data and maintain log sheets for documentation purposes. - Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures to uphold a safe working environment. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high precision in cutting operations. - Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control procedures in a fabrication setting.
