We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Accountant & Administrator to manage our day-to-day financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, job costing, purchase coordination, documentation, and overall office management. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers. Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and MIS. Manage payroll Handle bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations. Support the preparation of tax filings and audits. Job Costing & Commercial Operations Prepare job costing sheets and analyze profitability per project. Create and manage quotations, purchase orders, and bills of materials. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Laser Cutting Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating large-format CO₂ laser cutting machines and will be responsible for cutting, engraving, and processing various materials such as wood, MDF, acrylic, and other sheet materials . The candidate should have a strong eye for precision and quality , understand CNC laser operations , and be able to manage files and drawings efficiently for cutting. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain large-format CO₂ laser cutting machines . Prepare materials and set up files for accurate cutting and engraving. Ensure precision, quality, and consistency across all laser-cut components. Troubleshoot machine or software issues and perform routine maintenance. Read and interpret technical drawings, design files, and job sheets . Collaborate with the design and production team to improve workflows. Maintain a clean and organized work area with proper safety practices. Requirements: Proven experience operating CO₂ laser cutting machines (large-format preferred).
