CNC Laser Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC and Laser Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC and laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC and laser machines for accurate cutting, engraving, and shaping of materials as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and laser cutting machines for daily production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and specifications.
• Set up machines with proper tools, parameters, and materials.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments for precision and quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and finishes.
• Maintain records of production activities, maintenance, and materials usage.
• Coordinate with design and quality control teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating CNC and/or laser machines.
• Familiarity with machine control software and basic programming.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a relevant field preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and production quality checks.
