CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator

Machine Setup and Operation: Setting up CNC laser cutting machines, including installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces, and operating the machine to cut, shape, or engrave materials based on technical drawings.  Programming and Editing: Programming CNC laser machines using appropriate software and G-code, and editing programs to optimize performance and precision.  Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, and making necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality.  Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on CNC laser machines to ensure optimal performance.  Material Handling: Loading and unloading materials onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.  Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving equipment issues and implementing solutions.  Safety: Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.  Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production data, materials used, and machine maintenance.
