CMMS Data Engineer

As an ideal candidate for this position based in Vadodara, you should possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field. Your educational background should include a Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering. Your role will involve extensive hands-on experience with various major oil & gas industry equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, piping, storage tanks, and vessels. You should be proficient in interpreting and analyzing master data and Bill of Materials (BoM) structures. Your knowledge base should encompass a deep understanding of equipment classification, codes, and characteristics. You should also be skilled in reviewing materials classification, codes, and characteristics to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Experience with SAP is essential for this role. You should be well-versed in SAP master data management processes related to functional location, equipment, Bill of Materials (BoM), maintenance plans, and maintenance items. Familiarity with SAP data configuration and reference documents required for characteristics and BoM is also necessary. In addition, you should be adept at data management tasks, including maintenance and material data creation, cleansing, classification, verification, validation, standardization, and enrichment activities. Your responsibilities will involve ERP/CMMS master data management (MDM) within SAP PM/MM, and you should be capable of executing changes to SAP master data and legacy data transformation effectively.,
