Job Description

Role Overview: You will lead the CMMS implementation and enhancement focusing on the Blue Mountain platform. Your responsibilities will include coordinating functional analysis, technical design, validation, go-live, and post-implementation support. Additionally, you will administer the CMMS system to ensure operational continuity, functional evolution, and regulatory compliance. Managing bulk data import/export processes and providing functional and technical support to end-users will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the CMMS system, ensuring operational continuity, functional evolution, and regulatory compliance. - Coordinate functional analysis, technical design, validation, go-live, and post-implementation support. - Administer bulk data import/export processes to ensure data integrity and compliance. - Provide functional and technical support to end-users, including incident resolution and improvement management. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP and 21 CFR Part 11. - Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, including contracts and deliverables. - Participate in internal and external audits related to computerized systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Engineering, and IT. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in CMMS project management, preferably with Blue Mountain. - Strong knowledge of regulated environments like GMP and 21 CFR Part 11. - Solid knowledge of SQL for performing medium-complexity queries, data extraction, transformation, and validation during bulk import/export processes. - Experience in functional and technical support of implemented systems. - Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders. - Experience in vendor management and technology service contracts. - Desirable experience with corporate ERP systems like SAP or Oracle EBS. - Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
