   and competition ability to identify, acquire, and retain productive sourcing partners.
• Highly networked professional knows key channel partners, NBFCs and HFCs in the market and their strategy and field-level influencers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives with autonomy, enjoys building from scratch, and has strong business ownership.

• Manage business performance, productivity, and growth across all cluster locations.
• Ensure adherence to credit, compliance, and risk norms while driving growth.

  Small Ticket LAP & HL ( 520L)

   Business.
• Be the 

  single point of accountability

   for your city's BC business performance.
• Collaborate with internal credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.
