Cluster Manager - TPD

Role Overview: As an employee of Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance, your main responsibility will be to generate insurance business through bank branches, walk-in customers, and leads provided by the branch staff in the assigned geography. You will be expected to focus on both new and existing customers of the assigned branch, ensuring consistent growth in business every quarter. Building professional relationships with branch managers and employees, as well as Banca partners, is crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate insurance business through bank branches, walk-in customers, and leads provided by the branch staff. - Support branch profitability by selling ABSLI Insurance products in the catchment area. - Achieve monthly sales targets for NOP, FYP, persistency, and customer complaints. - Resolve customer complaints within the specified TAT and ensure quality customer service. - Increase penetration of life insurance among existing and new customers. - Build strong relationships with branch managers, branch employees, and Banca partners. - Handle bank customers" requirements with the best services and product ranges. - Stay updated with insurance and bank products knowledge. - Communicate product changes, process changes, or regulatory updates to Banca partners. - Provide support in sales calls, policy issuance, and complaint handling. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 4-8 years of experience - Graduate degree,
