Cluster Manager - TPD

Role Overview: You will be responsible for deriving Insurance Business from the assigned Relationship/Channel partner in an area or zone. Your main task will be to convince the relationship so they can persuade their customers to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance. You must ensure all pre and post sales support and services are provided to the relationship as well as to the clients along with the team dedicated to the relationship. Your goal is not only to achieve the target but also to ensure consistent growth in the business every quarter. Key Responsibilities: - Generate insurance Business through Bank Branch, walk-in customers, and leads generated by the Branch staff. - Focus on generating business for the assigned branch in the assigned geography through New or Old customers. - Provide support to branch profitability by selling ABSLI Insurance products through different acquisition channels in the catchment area. - Achieve monthly sales targets assigned on NOP, FYP, Persistency, and Customer complaint. - Resolve customer complaints within the specific TAT and ensure quality customer service is delivered. - Penetrate LI to existing and new customers. - Build a smooth-professional relationship with the respective Branch Manager and Branch employees. - Establish strong relationships with Banca partners in the open Architecture Scenario.
