As a Cluster Manager in the supply chain role at Fairdeal.Market located in Sector 67, Gurugram, you will play a crucial part in the rapid growth of our B2B quick commerce company. Your primary focus will be on creating a last-mile delivery infrastructure that allows for 20-minute deliveries, managing dark stores, and overseeing mother hubs. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and elevating customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing supply chain strategies that align with our business objectives, building and nurturing a high-performing team, establishing strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, as well as managing procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing data to enhance supply chain operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, and spearheading the creation of a last-mile delivery infrastructure for ultra-fast deliveries. Your role will also involve optimizing dark store operations for efficient order fulfillment and overseeing mother hub operations to facilitate seamless inventory management and order routing. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics, along with a proven track record of team leadership. A strong grasp of Indian logistics and supply chain regulations, exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field are essential requirements.
