Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Cluster Manager to lead and manage our team.

supervising driving daily sales targets, and ensuring efficient

lead management practices. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong

leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial services or loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage a team responsible for reaching out

to prospective customers for personal and Gold loan offerings.

• Sales Performance: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly loan sales targets; monitor Team performance and provide training, motivation, and coaching.

• Reporting: Track and report daily sales figures and KPIs to the teams.

• Collaboration: Work closely with credit, and operations teams to streamline lead

flow, approvals,

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales management in the BFSI sector.

• Proven expertise in Personal Loans, Business Loans, or other unsecured lending

products.

• Excellent people management, communication, and motivational skills.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing/Finance (preferred)Role & responsibilities
