Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ballari for a Cluster Manager Fee. The Cluster Manager Fee will be responsible for overseeing the fee management operations across multiple branches within the cluster. Key daily tasks include monitoring fee income targets, implementing strategies to maximize fee revenue, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing training and support to branch staff. The role requires regular interaction with branch managers and the central fee management team to promote best practices and achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and analytical skills
• knowledge of Forex, how Remittance work, etc mandatory alongside understanding of mutual Funds insurance PMS and other fee based products.
• MF and PMS certification Mandatory.
• Proven experience in fee management operations and target monitoring
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance related to financial services
• Ability to train and support branch staff effectively
• Experience in customer relationship management and promoting best practices
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
