Our mission is to create tech-enabled, community-driven, and premium living spaces that combine comfort, convenience, and connection.We are seeking an experienced Cluster Manager Operations to oversee the day-to-day management of multiple UniLiv properties within a city or region.

Role Overview

The Cluster Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless operations, superior resident satisfaction, and compliance with UniLiv's hospitality standards.You'll lead property managers, housekeeping, and facility teams to deliver exceptional experiences while meeting occupancy, financial, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across 46 properties within the assigned cluster.Lead, train, and mentor property-level teams in operations, housekeeping, and maintenance.Monitor occupancy, collections, and resident satisfaction metrics through structured reviews.Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, hygiene, and statutory compliance.Act as an escalation point for resident concerns and coordinate with the Central CX team for quick resolution.Drive cost optimization, vendor performance, and budget adherence at the cluster level.Conduct regular property audits and submit monthly cluster performance reports.Collaborate cross-functionally with the CX, Finance, and Projects teams to maintain service excellence.

Who Should Apply:-

58 years of experience in hospitality, co-living, or real estate operations.Strong people management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to handle multi-site operations in a fast-paced environment.Background in hotels, student housing, or facility management preferred.Ability to work independently while maintaining operational discipline and brand consistency.
