Cluster Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive business with the help of a team in the bancassurance channel.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to facilitate business growth.
Ensure team members are motivated and equipped to meet sales goals.

Skills Required

A minimum of
4-5 years of experience
in the
bancassurance channel
.
A strong career record and employment stability within the
insurance industry
.
Team handling experience in bancassurance, direct, or alternate channels is also acceptable.
Must have a background exclusively in the insurance industry.
The ability to drive business and manage a team to achieve targets.
