Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization&aposs goals and objectives
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from vendor selection to contract execution and performance evaluation
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring cost savings and quality assurance
• Establish and maintain robust supplier relationships to secure the best pricing and service levels
• Lead and mentor the procurement team, providing guidance and support in complex negotiations and contract management
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all procurement activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely procurement solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier KPIs to senior management
