Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Cluster Lead - Sales & Operation. The Cluster Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include training and managing sales staff, driving sales performance, monitoring customer service standards, and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives. Key Responsibilities 🛒 Drive daily store sales and consistently achieve Daily, weekly, Monthly Topline targets Assigned Stores/Cluster. 👥 Lead, training, and manage retail store teams to deliver high performance. 📦 Maintain optimal stock levels , hygiene, and adherence to SOPs in all stores. 📈 Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to boost footfall and conversions 🤝 Visit local key accounts regularly to generate and fulfill bulk orders. 🔍 Monitor store-wise performance and ensure a consistent customer Delight.
