Cluster Investor Executive

In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Borrower Onboarding and Relationship Management: - Identify, onboard, and manage borrowers within the designated cluster. - Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Disbursement Management: - Oversee the disbursal of loans and ensure proper documentation and compliance. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline disbursal processes and minimize turnaround time. - Implement strategies to minimize defaults and maintain asset quality. - Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure all lending activities comply with regulatory and company policies. - Prepare periodic reports on asset performance and borrower status for management review. - Market Insights: - Stay updated on market trends and borrower behavior within the cluster. - Provide insights and feedback to improve asset management strategies. The key requirements for this position include: - Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in lending, asset management, or financial services. Skills required: - Strong understanding of lending processes and credit assessment. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in financial tools and software. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
