📌 Location: Telangana & Andhra Pradesh
Key Requirements:
🔸 Strong experience in gold appraisal
🔸 Prior experience in gold loan auditing / gold segment auditing
🔸 Must be fluent in Telugu (as branches are in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)
🔸 Willingness to travel to multiple branches across both states for audits
🔸 Solid understanding of compliance, documentation, and risk controls in gold loan operations
Role Highlights:
✔ Conduct branch audits focusing on gold loan processes
✔ Evaluate gold appraisal quality and adherence to standards
✔ Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
✔ Collaborate with business and operations teams to strengthen internal controls
