Cluster Head/ Senior Relationship Manager - Surat

As a Cluster Head/Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in the retail sales team at Surat location, your primary responsibility will be to handle regional distributors, build strong relationships with the IFA channel, and drive sales while maintaining high service standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Increase sales (AUM) as per targets and coordinate, manage, and monitor activities of individual channels in the assigned region - Focus on geographical expansion, increasing penetration, and capturing a higher market share - Lead the sales function, ensuring team members meet their sales targets individually and collectively - Manage key sales accounts within the product range or assigned district - Maintain and manage relationships with various IFAs - Coordinate with different channels in the region to devise strategies and address operational issues to boost sales and increase AUM - Collaborate closely with the investment team on product development and enhancement, providing periodic feedback on market trends and competitor knowledge **Qualifications:** - Any Graduate - Years of Experience: 9-15 Years - Management Level: AVP / Sr. Manager **Required Skills:** - Knowledge and understanding of the Mutual Fund Industry - Experience in managing Institutional Sales, Retail, Banking, and Distribution - Familiarity with all Mutual Fund compliances **Preferred Skills:** - Perseverance, high intrinsic motivation, and target-driven - Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer-focused, and adept at coordinating between diverse groups - Adaptability to learn, analyze, and disseminate information - Strong people management skills - Ability to think innovatively, provide solutions, and act as a problem-solver This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact in the mutual fund/AMC industry by leading sales efforts, fostering relationships, and driving growth in the Surat region.,
